Once your entity has been formed and your portal profile created, Glass Box will then connect you with its direct-lender partners to get you pre-qualified for acquisition financing on the best available terms.
With your pre-qualification letter in hand,you will then scout for, secure, and close on your desired investment property.
After closing on your acquisition, you will then be able to use your Glass Box portal to apply for lender financing for renovations to add value to your property.
Once your Line of Credit is secured, you will then be able to complete the renovations on your property. The goal of these renovations will be to increase the overall value of your property beyond the amount invested—thereby increasing your equity position.
Six months after your property acquisition, and after your renovations are complete, you may be able to leverage your existing equity to qualify for your next acquisition.
Finally, once you have developed a track record of success on the Glass Box platform, you will be able to develop your own equity offering for syndication to investors.
