HOW DOES OUR DIGITAL PLATFORM WORK?

The Glass Box Portal System for Real Estate Investors helps independent owner/operators access various types of funding to rapidly scale their business. Below are the steps that a Glass Box client will go through when using our system.

Entity Formation

The first step after joining the Glass Box platform will be to form your investment and/or management entity. The purpose of forming your entity through Glass Box will be to establish a digital corporate profile in our system—which will ultimately be used to build your corporate credit history, access financing, and syndicate future equity offerings.

Pre-qualify for Real Estate Financing

Once your entity has been formed and your portal profile created, Glass Box will then connect you with its direct-lender partners to get you pre-qualified for acquisition financing on the best available terms.

Purchase Property

With your pre-qualification letter in hand,you will then scout for, secure, and close on your desired investment property.

Apply for Line of Credit

After closing on your acquisition, you will then be able to use your Glass Box portal to apply for lender financing for renovations to add value to your property.

Complete Renovations

Once your Line of Credit is secured, you will then be able to complete the renovations on your property. The goal of these renovations will be to increase the overall value of your property beyond the amount invested—thereby increasing your equity position.

Pre-qualify for Next Property

Six months after your property acquisition, and after your renovations are complete, you may be able to leverage your existing equity to qualify for your next acquisition.
