Purpose of Calculator

The purpose of this calculator is to project your potential gains or losses when participating in a Units Offering on the Glass Box Platform under different scenarios.

This calculator will also allow you to stress test your overall portfolio when making hypothetical allocations to Units Offerings.

Assumptions

This calculator makes the following assumptions:

  • Each Unit to include one share of common stock and one warrant for an additional share of common stock in the subject offering company
  • Each warrant to be exercisable at the current price of the offering company’s common stock for a period of up to three years
  • Each share of common stock received within a Unit to be sold at the end of one year
  • Each warrant received within a Unit to be exercised at the end of three years
  • Each warrant to be exercised using cash drawn from portfolio margin, with the common stock received sold into the market immediately thereafter (margin draws are assumed to be open for 30 days upon each warrant exercise)
